The terms on which you use umbrella-co.eu. These cover the website only. Client work is governed by its own signed contract.

Status. Working draft, not yet legally reviewed. These are website terms. They are deliberately short, because a page of unread boilerplate protects nobody.
1. Who these terms are with
umbrella-co.eu is operated by Umbrella Co. d.o.o., Gornji Bukovac 65, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Full company details are in the Legal Notice. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. What this website is
This site describes what Umbrella Co. does and invites you to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to perform work. Scope, fees and terms for any engagement are agreed in a separate written contract, and only that contract binds either of us.
3. Accuracy of what you read here
We take reasonable care that the site is accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not warrant that every statement is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Descriptions of services, capabilities and timelines are illustrative of how we work, not guarantees of outcome.
Where the site names organisations the founders worked with in previous roles, those organisations are not Umbrella Co. clients and that experience is not attributed to Umbrella Co.
4. Our intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, layout, design system, photography and the Umbrella Co., Origin, Scale and Merch names and marks, belongs to Umbrella Co. or is used with permission. You may read it, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a system that generates competing marketing material without our written permission.
5. Your use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringes someone else’s rights.
6. What you send us
If you send us an enquiry, you confirm you are entitled to share what you send. Do not send confidential information, credentials or anything sensitive through a web form. We treat enquiries as commercially confidential in practice, but a public web form is not a secure channel and an unsolicited message does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation. If you need one, ask us for an NDA before sending anything.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability
We do not promise the site will be available uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses arising from use of this website, including lost profit, lost business or lost data.
