Divisions
Three divisions.
One commercial argument.
Origin, Scale and Merch are divisions of one company, not separate agencies with a shared logo. You contract with Umbrella and get the combination the problem actually needs. Most engagements start in one of them.

Origin builds the commercial foundation. It decides what the market should understand, remember and trust about you, then builds the place where that argument has to survive contact with a real customer.
It exists because most brand work retires into a PDF. Origin ships knowing Scale will point paid traffic at it the following week, so every decision from the positioning to the button label is made to convert rather than to present.

Scale builds and runs the growth system. It decides where the next unit of spend goes and what proves it paid back, then operates that decision as a loop rather than a campaign.
Media, creative and measurement sit in one team, so the thing that gets tested is a real hypothesis and the thing that gets cut is cut the same week. When the constraint turns out to be the brand or the site rather than the media, Origin steps in instead of everyone protecting their own budget line.

Merch turns identity and audience into product revenue. It runs in two directions: brands Umbrella owns and funds itself, and print-on-demand brands built and grown for companies, creators and organisations with an audience.
Merch is not a separate team. Origin creates the brand, the product expression and the store; Scale creates and runs the demand; Merch packages that around products, suppliers, drops and commerce operations, and carries the commercial result. Production and fulfilment are completed through selected print-on-demand partners.

How they connect
You do not have to buy the whole system.
Most engagements start inside one division. What changes is that the division you start with can see the rest of the journey, and will tell you when the real constraint sits somewhere else. That conversation costs you nothing, because there is no second supplier whose budget depends on staying quiet.
Origin hands Scale the positioning, the message hierarchy, the design system, campaign-ready assets, conversion-oriented pages and the tracking requirements.
Scale hands Origin back what the market actually did with them: which audiences responded, which messages failed, where the journey loses people, and evidence that the brand or the site needs revision.
Merch returns real commerce learning to both: which designs sell, at what price, to which audience, with which creative, and what happens after the first purchase.
Not sure which one you need?
Good. That is the normal starting point, and working it out is the first thing we do. Describe the situation and let us route it.
