This site describes what Umbrella does and invites you to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to perform work. Scope, fees and terms for any engagement are agreed in a separate written contract, and only that contract binds either of us.
We take reasonable care that the site is accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not warrant that every statement is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Descriptions of services, capabilities and timelines are illustrative of how we work, not guarantees of outcome.
Where the site names organisations the founders worked with in previous roles, those organisations are not Umbrella clients and that experience is not attributed to Umbrella.
The content of this site, including text, layout, design system, photography and the Umbrella, Origin, Scale and Merch names and marks, belongs to Umbrella or is used with permission. You may read it, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a system that generates competing marketing material without our written permission.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.
If you email us, you confirm you are entitled to share what you send. Do not send confidential information, credentials or anything sensitive by email. We treat enquiries as commercially confidential in practice, but email is not a secure channel and an unsolicited message does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation. If you need one, ask us for an NDA before sending anything.
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

These terms are governed by Croatian law, and the courts of Croatia have jurisdiction. If you deal with us as a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version you read at the time applies to that visit.
